While the topics look simple and short, you need in-depth study. Once again there is no one book that carries all preparation material. You must refer more than one commercial pilot license books. Most ground schools will teach you along with CPL batches and ask you to stop at a certain point. The complete syllabus of this exam does not give much clarity. Although, jet engines are not part of it. Whereas, in past few exam sessions, multiple questions have been seen on jet engines, pressurized cabins, twin engine handling and more out of syllabus topics. The contributory factors in extremely low passing percentage this exam is technicality level, inadequate reference books and lack of guidance. Any query raised to DGCA to share answer sheets along with correct answers will be either rejected or not answered.
